Hey all, hope your Summer's going well, staying cool? Oh, Goddamn it, Summer hasn't even started yet. Granted, by the time I'm through with this post it will have, but still isn't that crazy that they don't call it Summer 'til now? It's sort of like how the Spring semester begins in January, when we haven't even been through the coldest month of the year yet.
(I've got some extra time on my hands, so I'll do this up right like a Wikipedia article)
Anyway, I am home, I am in Schenectady, I am working at the car wash half the week and going to SUNYA to finish up my Education minor the other half of the week... Raging has gone decently so far, I've slept on Pat's couch 3/4 of the Saturday nights I've been home so that's an indicator. I've been working on my car, I'll be ripping out the carpet soon and welding in new floor pans so I can have four people in my car without sweating. Been going on bike rides, and just overall hanging out and doing the Summer thing.
Gas is killin' me softly but apart from that I must say I feel great that that's really the only bad thing I'm fighting right now in life.
As far as WCDB is concerned, I'm up there every M/W/F afternoons when I'm through with class just tidying up and fixing stuff... I also took on that Friday afternoon slot 1-4p in which the Kitchen is temporarily chillin'... I'm also co-hosting a Saturday Night new rock show with my main man Phatrick so definitely check that out 6-10p as well. Look out for big things this Summer and beyond with WCDB, for real.
